Description

Spinach Cucumber Salad is a light and refreshing dish made with baby spinach, fresh cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and a tangy-sweet dressing. It’s quick to prepare, healthy, and perfect for any meal or season.


Ingredients

1 cup Baby Spinach

100 Grams Cherry tomatoes Sweet

25 Grams Red Onion Diced

1 pinch Black pepper Freshly ground

1 pinch Salt Himalayan

2 tbsp Honey

2 tbs Olive oil Extra virgin

2 tbsp Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed


Instructions

1. Wash veggies thoroughly.

2. Thinly slice cucumber. Dice red onion. Cut cherry tomatoes in halves lengthwise.

3. Combine all in a bowl. Prepare your dressing by mixing olive oil, honey, lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper and salt.

4. Mix it all together and enjoy!

Notes

Add sunflower seeds or almonds for extra crunch.

Add grilled chicken or boiled eggs to turn it into a full meal.
