Description

1 large lime, zested and juiced

1 garlic clove, minced

¼ teaspoon kosher salt


Instructions

1. Make the dressing: Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest and juice, dill, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.

2. Cook the shrimp: Boil shrimp for 2-3 minutes, then cool in an ice water bath.

3. Assemble the salad: Combine chopped shrimp, cucumber, green onions, and dressing.
