Step 1: Heat a large skillet. Cut the onions into small pieces and cook them over fairly high heat.
Step 2: Stir, adding curry powder and cumin.
Step 3: Cut chicken breasts into pieces, add to skillet and stir in spices.
Step 4: Reduce heat, and add 2 tablespoons of cream.
Step 5: After 5 minutes of cooking, add 2 tablespoons of cream and spices (if necessary).
Step 6: If the dish is made in advance, add a little cream when reheating because the sauce evaporates.
